These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Moorland Environmental Ltd

By using our services you agree to be bounded by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully, if you do not agree with any part of these terms , please do not use our services.
1. Booking Services
All bookings for skip hire, waste collections, hazardous waste collections and plant hire are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed once we have issued written confirmation to you.
2. Quotes & Pricing
All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. We reserve the right to amend quotes if requirements change.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full accordance with the terms agreed at the time of booking. Payment must be made before or upon collection unless a credit account has been agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made after this time may be subject to a cancellation charge.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure there is safe and suitable access for our vehicles and equipment. You are responsible for ensuring that all waste placed in our skips or containers is permitted and accurately describled.
6. Hazardous Waste
Hazardous waste must be declared at the time of booking and will only be accepted in line with our Waste Acceptance Criteria. You must complete the necessary consignment notes and Duty of Care documents.
7. Liability
We aim to provide a reliable service, however we are not liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control or due to incorrect information provided by you.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
